Bookmarks VII : Infiltrating the Library System

Type Layout : String collograph, blind embossed, 640gsm Artistico Fabriano

I combined the craft of my years as a typographer with my fine art practice. I marked up  type from the final paragraph from Northanger Abbey by Jane Austen in 8/14pt Gill Sans Light (justified) x 12 ems. String was used to form the lines that were then blind embossed. Linen thread follows the final line downwards to form a visible marker for the page.
